Processing & Production Time:
Because every piece at Form & Dwelling is meticulously handcrafted to order, please allow 7–10 business days for your items to be lovingly crafted in our studio prior to shipment.
Free Shipping Threshold:
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Your discount will automatically apply at checkout.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey directly to your doorstep.
Rush Production:
Need your items sooner for an upcoming event or gift? We offer a Rush Production upgrade at checkout for an additional upcharge, which bumps your order to the front of our studio queue.

Return & Exchange Policy
Made-to-Order Nature:
Because our catch-all baskets, plant covers, and chevron afghans are carefully handcrafted to order just for you, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges (Size/Color):
If you need to exchange an eligible item (such as a basket size or blanket colorway), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We take immense pride in the quality and durability of our artisanal home goods. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery at info@shopformdwelling.com with photos of the issue, and we will gladly make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Final Sale:
Custom orders, rush-produced items, and sale/promotional pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for standard return or exchange.
